    Is it too much to ask for a printer that you can just hook up to your home computer to print and scan things? During the setup, where they try to badger you into registering for an HP+ account. If you don't sign up then, don't worry, they'll make you sign up for an account just to use your printer to scan anything. The printer also only uses HP certified ink, which I'm sure is available at a steep markup. The printing is fine, other functions are fine, but before you buy you might want to run a cost analysis to see if buying a more expensive printer with no strings attached is cheaper. It might be more convenient.
