This is a good basic printer. It's fast enough and I have had any trouble with loading or paper getting stuck.

This printer does the basic printing for school or seldom printing of things. I tried to print on a thick envelope paper and it goes stuck every time. It seems only works with regular paper.

I purchases this HP printer, in spite of myriad of problems I have had with other HP printers, because it was small / compact so it would fix in a kitchen cabinet; that's about all it does correctly. Constant paper jams, and will not stay connect to the wireless network; this printer is a waste of money. I would only recommend this printer to people who enjoy throwing their money away and wasting their time. Piece of junk!

      Hi,

I'm very disappointed that you haven't had a good experience with this printer. This is not what we wish to happen to our customers. However, we should be able to make it better.

Often paper jams are caused by the paper itself. You can find information here: support.hp.com/document/c04472658

For connectivity issues, these instructions should help: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05368548

i am so disappointed. just received this printer today and the printer carriage is stuck on the left, wont move to center to be able to load the ink, I went on several forums including HP's own support site and found out this is a common problem with this printer. They actually have a piece of plastic that holds the cartridges back from moving. needless to say, it wont budge and while I want to throw it out the window, I will be returning it and will no longer buy anything from HP again.

Great home office printer. Setup was very quick and easy. The printer is fast and quality of copies is great. The only issue I have is when the paper gets low it sometimes will grab more than one page and will stick. Otherwise great compact printer!

Very simple and straightforward printer. I bought this printer for my mother who has always had bad luck with printers (paper jams, disconnect from wifi, ink running out too quick, bad apps etc.). This printer has received no complaints. Reliable and easy. Nothing fancy, but it works.

I decided to go with this particular printer because it's small and I don't have much space. It works well. Connectivity has not been an issue. It does print a bit on the slow side but since I'm usually not in a hurry, it's not a deal breaker. The only other thing is that I don't recommend adding too much paper to the feeder as doing so has jammed the printer more than once.

This is a great little printer. I just bought a nice HP laptop and don't really need a printer, but this was on sale for $20 when you got an HP laptop so I figured why not. HP offers free ink for life when you print less than 15 pages a month. If I need to print 25 pages the extra 10 pages cost $1. The printer works perfect for the price and the size. The tray that extends out to catch the printed pages is weird and should stick out further to catch the pages, but aside from that its a 5 star printer for the price and the fact that I get free ink.

I actually purchased this at Best Buy. It is the biggest piece of steaming junk ever created and if I were not planning on returning it, I would take it outside and smash it with a hammer. It jams repeatedly before every single attempt to print. Note the word, "attempt," because it doesn't ever actually successfully print anything. Trust me, DO NOT buy this. You would be better off trying to produce your print job by hand than by using this.

The price was right (69 dollars on sale), and the ink plan appealed to me. I had problems with the "easy" connect instructions as well as getting the wireless printer to work with my chromebook. Stuck, I used a USB to link the new printer to the chrome book. To get the HP ink plan going, a wonderful HP instant ink representative, spent over an hour on the phone with me, guiding me through the bowels of wireless IP underworld to finally get to Eureka! Cloud connection. This online rep said that this wireless issue is a common problem for chromebook users. In addition, the printing is slower than I expected. But I'll keep it.

Bought this because my other hp printer I had for a year and half just died on us with having only been lightly used. Maybe replaced the ink twice and it crapped out. Bought this on 3/8/17 got home and tried installing it for 2.5 hours and I'm pretty tech savvy at that to. Instructions were horrible and completely vague. Not only that I installed the ink cartridge after having watched a hp video, well attempted to at least. Opened the tray and the carriage never moved at all I tried all the trouble shooting, unplugged, reinstalled ink, downloaded their support app, still giving the same error that there's a jam when it's never been used once. Couldn't even get the alignment page or test page done. Did some research and found out this is a issue with this printer. Do not buy this thing. It's a waste of time and money.

    Horrible printer and horrible service

I will never buy HP products again. The customer service is very bad. The deskjet 3755 is a ok printer when you can get it to print. Always offline. Web services button is always on. Insta Ink service jams it up. Horrible all the way around. I bought it because it was compact but it's been a nightmare. HP even replaced it but the problem was never with the printer as I informed them. It was with webservices. I'm always transferred numerous times and always get disconnected when the technician can't seem to 'fix' the problem. I've had the worst experiences with HP but decided to try again after 8 years thinking they had improved but boy was I wrong! Never again in life. Run while you can. Pick a different brand! If I could give this product zero stars I would do just that!
