This printer is simple to operate and a good value but, it loses wireless connectivity often. This requires repeated setup

This Printer is perfect for at home use. Quality of prints are good. Speed is average and what is expected for the price point. The ink refill program is nice. Ink cartridges are a bit clumsy to replace until you get use to it. Overall I would recommend.

I absolutely love this! It has come in soooo handy! When I need to print return labels, fishing license bought online, my kids homework when they miss school. It's just a must have. Easy to use. Just print right from your phone.

It took sometime to set it up, but it works well and prints fast.

I purchased this item because my old one was going out, already had HP plan for ink so I decided to go with a newer HP. It was on sale so I figured this is the one, it works but it's slow to print, sometimes will stop in the middle and then resume printing, kind of annoying, I don't print much so I probably will keep it. Just figured I share this experience for others shoppers

The product works fine and is fine. You just need to include a cord to connect to the computer or the phone jack. That was very complicated. Also, you messed up on my order and I had to have it delivered to my home and not to the store because one else.

Needed a All-in-One for my parents. I personally use HP Officejet printers and been using HP for a long time. This printer was a no-brainer to choose due to price point. Printer is fairly fast, wi-fi connection or USB. Setup was fairly straight forward if you were using the mobile app, since that is the only way you can tie the printer to your network. the Display on the unit shows cartridge level, and gives you basic B/W copy or Color copy Buttons. That is it. Once it was setup, PC found it on the network no issues, it installed the HP Smart software and was ready to go. Only thing I wish the printer had was the ability to connect to a Wi-Fi network without the use of a mobile device. It will make it a bit of a challenge for less tech savy people to setup. Overall though, Printer is good and doesn't deserve a lower star rating since I was able to set it up for my parents just fine.

Prints beautiful. I mostly use it to scan and have used it once to fax.

Once a member of the Geek Squad set it up for us, it has been easy to use. The copies have all been very good and clear, and there have been no paper jams. I like that you can feed several pages you want to copy, into the tray, or you have the option of doing a page at a time on the flat service of the copier. It seems like it is easy to change the ink cartridges, and I like that they last a lot longer than the traditional type. Very pleased with it so far.

Not yet sure how I feel on this. I finally got it hooked up and linked to my wireless, but still had issues. Told myself not to sign up for HP Smart and Instant Ink as I had an issue with a prior printer, yet I did. It kept saying printer was offline and I could not print from phone, but I think it was operator error and I now have that fixed, I hope. It seems to be slow from the time I hit print document until I have the copy. Will know more as time goes by.

I bought this printer and it works for me. I can even fax using the mobile app. I had to learn how to use correctly with app but once I did I have had no problems with it. Scans great and prints well. I love the HP Instant Ink program too.

We love this printer, it prints out clear for both black and color and it was easy to install.

It’s great. Sometimes you have to close and reopen the HP software on the computer. Does what it says.

Nice the same time as a result of the most important thing that I have and the other is a great way to get the best out of the office and I am not sure if I can get a chance to get the best out of the office

The Deskjet 4133e is a basic All In One Printer that is a basic All In One Printer. I have had nothing but problems keeping it connected to my Wi-Fi network. It claims to provide two sided printing but I have not been able to get this or the fax features to work. The printing speed at 1200 DPI is agonizingly slow. I was spoiled by the HP Officejet I had before this printer. The initial print cartridges for the Tricolor and Black Color went empty in a week after printing 270 pages single sided. The printer came with out a manual so for reference I landed up printing the manual. For a low cost printer with the Instant Ink and HP+ features the price of the printer was affordable. It comes with 4 months of HP Instant Ink with XL cartridges at no charge. This allows you to print all the pages you need on HP expense for 4 months. It is a relatively basic printer but for just over $100 it get everyday printing needs handled fairly well even though it is not a very fast printer.

This printer has been the best! We have tried many printers over the years, and this one has lasted longest, connects with all our devices, it is great!
