Call customer service, one told me to do everything I already did. This printer is wireless only, I did not really read all the specific since it was a needed purchase to scan and print school assignments. I did purchase the HP ink which runs checks on your printer. I got an email around the same time staying it was offline and lost it's connection. After I graduate, I did not have much need for the printer. So, I try it after the email and could not ever get it to stop flashing the information light. After about 4 or 5 months some off my scan would show lines on the top feeder. I returned and bought another wired and wireless HP printer.

Bad installation instructions

Instructions make it look simple to install. However, several steps are not shown. We had to search and try different steps to get printer to work and get my computer to discover printer and add it as a device. Installation much more difficult than necessary.

Replacement printer

Im not a big fan of the hp ink or paper program. I dont use enough ink to need that type of service. It was priced at 59.99. Basically 50% off. Great value.
