    It seems to be working ok, but not thrilled by how "cheap" it seems to be compared to the heavy duty older HP printer it's replacing....both approx. the same $ value. BUT - the sale I got on this was great so we'll see how this does overall.

    Let me say this printer is an pain to set up hp doesn't want you to use the USB cord to connect to your PC they want you to use wifi, Setting this up on wifi dose not work on the PC you first set up with the USB cord then download the hp smart app after that it lets your set up wifi, The manual dose not mention this at all, Other then the horrible set they print works fine

    I wanted a printer that prints notecards and other stuff. I realize this doesn't print to the edge but the margins on both sides & top are normal. The bottom unprintable margin is more like a half inch. I wasn't happy with that.

    Could not set this printer up, wouldn’t connect, so tech person had to come to home. Set up was completed at this time. Printer works well making copies. Have not used other functions, yet. I got the printer at an excellent price.

    Rating it FAIR because it prints but I hate this printer. I waste so many sheets due to paper jams. I've tried so many different brands of paper and now I'm convinced HP just wants to monopolize by forcing me to use their ink and paper. Luckily for me, I have patience. But when it runs dry, I will not be purchasing another HP. I canceled my HP+ and then ironically started having connectivity issues. I would have to reset the printer each time I needed to use it, like shut it down by unplugging it. I started using off-brand ink cartridges because the HP ones would bleed tremendously. Then it seemed as HP was threatening me, LOL. It's a printer but I don't and cannot not use it for big print jobs.
