    So far the printer seems to work fine, however I have deducted 2 stars for the incredibly difficult set-up process. I spent 5.5 hours on a Sunday afternoon/evening (3 hours on my own, 2.5 hours with HP support) trying to complete the set-up process and, specifically, having HP recognize my registration. Even after that, set-up could not be completed and the HP rep said he would have to call me back the next day to finish the job. Another 35 min with HP the following day and setup was finally complete. I cannot endorse a product for which set-up is so cumbersome a process.

    So far I am enjoying the system. I have had the version that's higher than this one and this one does the exact same thing. I love being able to print from wherever. The setup was simple and took less than 10 minutes.

    Rating it FAIR because it prints but I hate this printer. I waste so many sheets due to paper jams. I've tried so many different brands of paper and now I'm convinced HP just wants to monopolize by forcing me to use their ink and paper. Luckily for me, I have patience. But when it runs dry, I will not be purchasing another HP. I canceled my HP+ and then ironically started having connectivity issues. I would have to reset the printer each time I needed to use it, like shut it down by unplugging it. I started using off-brand ink cartridges because the HP ones would bleed tremendously. Then it seemed as HP was threatening me, LOL. It's a printer but I don't and cannot not use it for big print jobs.
