    It’s a very good printer! It nice to get a 6 month supply of ink included. Overall is a nice home type of printer with all in one functions.

    Worked for. 2 years then just stopped called customer care and was told they won’t help unless I buy a plan . Was great till then

    Printer was working fine, until my next print job. The printer spooler kept telling me that printer was not connected to the internet. The printer was connected, and had to go through whole process of connecting my printer.

    HP always made and still make the best personal tech equipment I always replace a worn out or defective iytems with an HP Dependsbke

    Small and compact just for someone needing small printer for area and light use. Love it ink deal but this was not for me needing for a med busy business.

    Very difficult (for me) to link to the Internet. I was in the electronic/electrical interconnect industry for almost forty years, and I was at a dead stop after hours of attempts. Our customers included HP, Dell and IBM. Unfortunately, I had to spend $95.00 for a computer technician house call. That said, the device does what it was advertised to do, but the instructions and the "control panel" leave a lot to be desired. If you are Computer/Router/Modem/Printer savvy, this device performs admirably.
