This printer is easy to set up and prints well. I love that I can print wirelessly from my laptop or my phone. We've had some issues with it when it disconnects from our wifi and we spend a lot of time on the app figuring it out. The troubleshooting page helps identify the issue, but it doesn't give you many instructions to fix the issue it identifies. Printer itself is lovely, just wish the troubleshooting was better/easier.

Absolutely love this I can scan print quality is amazing. Once again great customer service fast delivery. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a printer, scanner. Doesn’t take up much space easy to use and convenient. Glad I purchased this item always wanted a scanner and having both in one is great. I have no complaints about the items I purchased or Best Buy at all great place to shop and great products.

Excellent printer for my occasional printing needs. It was easy to set up and connect to our home wireless network. I can print from any devise on the network without having to download any extra software! Instant Ink option is very convenient and cost effective.

I am completely in Love with this printer. I’m not good with setting up anything that requires internet or computers I normally have my brother to set things up for me!! When I bought the printer My Brother wasn’t available to help me so I decided to take it out of the box I mean it had directions how hard was reading and following directions. I had the printer in my care since last year! I took the printer out of the box and I followed the directions I couldn’t believe that I did it myself!! It prints great and it’s so so quiet I’m still in awe!! The price was great compared to the other printers I looked at it also had free replacement ink it also came with a paper plan!! I Absolutely Love This Printer!!! Good Job!!

I bought this printer to replace my older cannon which still works but needed something more modern. This printer is easy to set up. Prints well and I love how you can print from anywhere with the app. It’s definitely met my expectations.

It is a great price. I needed one for a long time. It's quiet enough for me. Prints pretty quick and colors are good. Bummer you can't enlarge on it. You need to scan, enlarge on computer and then print

easy setup. prints fast and efficiently. works with both apple and samsung phones in the house along with windows computers. The free months of instant ink is really nice and afterwards the subscription service is super cheap, especially if you are an infrequent printer like me. Would buy again.

I got this printer on a YE Best Buy sale and am happy with it. Because I have experience with the HP App, setting it up was straightforward. It prints cleanly and crisply. I tested out the Cooy capability and that worked fine. It’s a basic printer, great for users who print occasionally.

HP printer is excellent. once you setup the app an register with with printer ink program it will monitor your printer usage and Hp will dispatch the ink at your doorstep. You don't need to find a shop to buy replaced ink . This printer is very good for home usage. Printing , scanning and copying from single place.. inter the document from mobile, laptop etc.. So far, this printer has been excellent. I have printed about 70 pages. I know because I enrolled in the HP Ink subscription (free for the first 6 months and $1.99 a month thereafter). I already received my first free set of new ink cartridges. I have also done a bit of document scanning, and that worked too. The download of files from the print server is slower than having a printer directly connected to a PC with a cable, but it is acceptable.

Second one of these I have purchased. Bought one for my mother and liked it so I replaced my old one for myself. Printing is clear, functions are easy. Accessing the print cartridges from the front is odd, but they click in as designed. Scans are clear. Not a home business printer, but if you just need something reliable for occasional printing this you can set up and not worry about. The Instant Ink subscription works for me.
