Great printer, easy to use, not too bulky, good quality printing,

Very difficult (for me) to link to the Internet. I was in the electronic/electrical interconnect industry for almost forty years, and I was at a dead stop after hours of attempts. Our customers included HP, Dell and IBM. Unfortunately, I had to spend $95.00 for a computer technician house call. That said, the device does what it was advertised to do, but the instructions and the "control panel" leave a lot to be desired. If you are Computer/Router/Modem/Printer savvy, this device performs admirably.

Bought this a year ago and have never had a problem. Simple and reliable printer!

I brought this printer for my son and he loves it. It was a really good choice.

Not practical, constant problems. Most of the problems had to do with the HP wanted me to sign up for the ink in order to have my printer work on interrupted. I return this.

Good price but I didn't read that you have to be connected to the internet to print? I will have to figure if possible to print without internet....hope so...technology challenged...lol

Didn’t have many options, won’t work unless you pay for the subscription even if your ink is full it will just stop working. Would not recommend. Very unsatisfactory

I love this printer very simple to use and very good quality

It took me weeks just to get through the set up and when I contacted HP, they never returned my call after I had an HP tech try to set it up with them in my system and she failed. I finally got it online but overall; the printer works well now. Still wish I had a book to look up what is wrong so I can fix it myself. The set up was the horror. I had to go with insta ink just so it will work. Not happy with over all set up and still not understanding how this unit actually is supposed to work.

Easy set up and prints great. Would recommend for home use.

I Love this printer! I have printed photos, documents, stickers, magnets....and the color quality is great. So far, no issues.

It was at a great price and works well with our dell computer. The geek squad did a great jod setting up everything we got.

iIt's ok for a printer. It was had to set upt with my computer.We had to call for help stting it up. It prints but not both sides. A pink blinking lights continously blinks I can't figure out to fix it.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and efficient showing the best product for the money that I wished to purchase.

Printing wise it does what a printer needs to do, it’s not the best print quality but it’s no the worst. The worst part of this dumb printer that it forces you to make a HP account just to scan a document SMH! first just to get started it requires a PRECISE LOCATION of you declined that option it won’t let you proceed with process of getting the printer up and running and then after your done if you want to scan documents it demands you to create a HP account in order to scan smh I wanted to slam this dumb printer but had to print some important forms and used one of my nephews old school printer to scan the forms SMH

This is a great and inexpensive printer, Although I was disappointed regarding the fax capability
