You’ll need approximately a day after setup before its starts to print quality fonts. I think the ink just has to settle. You get what you pay for. Fortunately i just bought it only for the color cartridge since i have a laser printer for all the other important stuff. Definitely not the best choice if you print alof. However the scan is pretty decent and so is hp’s free fax app.

I'm age 70+ and don't use my phone to download unnecessary apps. Must download owner's manual for basic instructions. Status screen extremely small; will receive an error message and then must go online to determine what it means. I have to manually reset printer if unused for a few days. Does not keep or maintain my Wi-Fi address for some reason. Only thing I like is easy access to ink.
