Great Small Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the original HP DeskJet a few years ago, and have been a fan of the product in all its wonderful iterations and improvements. The 4133e does not disappoint! This DeskJet is perfect for low to medium usage, like, two reams of paper a month max. This printer is very securely packaged! We saw the delivery person toss it over our fence! I was fearful that the printer was damaged, but was happy to find that the all-in-one was in perfect order! Taking it out of the box, there was a small cardboard container that held the power cord (don't throw that away!) on top and then the printer. Instructions are printed right there for quick setup. My recommendation to anyone with an HP printer is to make sure you have the HP Smart App on your computer first as this makes the whole connecting experience seamless. You can connect via your home intranet, over the internet, direct wifi or cable (cable not included). My whole farm is on the same intranet, so I chose that method to just connect through the router. This printer comes with a black cartridge and with a tricolor cartridge, which are easy to install. Printing is at a moderate speed and is one-sided. You can scan or copy from the glass or from the feeder, again, it's one-sided. Speaking of being at a large place, I already have an HP OfficeJet printer in my office, and can print on it from anywhere on the farm, but I needed something at the house for those times I want to print or scan something and don't want or need to go to the office building. This moderate priced printer is just perfect for the tasks I have in mind!
