I wanted to give this less than 1 star!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave it one star because I couldn’t give it less. Each time you wanted to print a document you would install the printer and it would do one, not two, only one. To get the second one you would have to uninstall the printer, print one. If you wanted to copy a paper, it worked fine. It was a real pain

HP Deskjet 4133e wireless printer works great
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Build quality HP Deskjet printer feels a bit cheap. The paper feeder is easy enough to load paper but not a fan of loading paper from the back with the paper standing up. I’ll be using this in my downstairs office which has some humidity at different times if the year. In this environment I’m confident the paper will tend to fold out at the edges and tend to curl Print quality I printed a photo on plain print paper and the quality of the photo was impeccable. Great detail and the lighting and shadows were caught and printed better than i expected on plain paper. I then printed on photo paper and was amazed again on how detailed the printed version appears. App and Setup Easy to setup i really love the hp smart printer app. It makes these setups so easy for the non technical folks. Took less than 5 minutes to walk through these steps and to get wifi connected and printing. Recap Print speed and quality as i said before really good. Hardware quality feels a bit cheap. Packaging was very good and will protect the printer in transit to your house

Posted .Hi there,
I’m sorry that your printer has performed poorly for you. I can certainly understand why experiencing frequent paper jams when working on a big project would be tremendously frustrating. I want to help you remedy this problem. I hope the resources listed below serve that end.
First, I can’t tell from your review whether the jams occur inside the printer or at the document feeder. If it’s the former, I recommend going through the steps to clearing and avoiding paper jams that you’ll find in this troubleshooting guide on our support site:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6246550-6246594-16
If the jams occur at the feeder, I suggest you follow a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up any paper at all. Find that guide here:

- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

I’m sorry to learn that your printer has performed so poorly. It’s easy to understand why unreliable printing via the HP Smart App and no printing via AirPrint would be a frustrating start to ownership. I want to help you remedy these problems and get the device working to your satisfaction. I hope the resources I’ve listed below serve that end.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site to setting up AirPrint on HP printers. Find that guide here:

Ink eater

Posted .Hi, Louis.
Thanks for the review and the feedback. While I’m glad you like your printer’s print quality and ease of setup, I’m sorry the device has used ink more rapidly than you’d anticipated. I want you to understand what’s happening with the device and remedy the problem if one exists, so I’ll offer what I hope are helpful resources and information.
First, I can’t say for certain what has happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less still than ones in our Instant Ink program. If you’ve used only the cartridges that came with the printer, this could explain what you’re seeing.
However, if you’ve installed replacement cartridges, the XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated yields of 200 to 240 pages, while the regular size cartridges are expected to produce 100 to 120 pages. How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is.
Regardless, if your results differ dramatically from the estimates above, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

Garbage
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is garbage. The paper feeder will not accept more than 1 sheet at a time if you are doing labels and you have to fight to get the single sheet in. Pretty good printer, per page cost a little high
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 4133e is a basic all-in-one, with the ability to print, copy, and scan. This unit is not intended to replace your office printer or the more expensive all-in-ones that are on the market. It is what I call a barebones printer but it is also priced accordingly. There are occasional deep discounts offered by HP for this unit, and it can often be picked up for well under a hundred dollars. I purchased the 4133e for the den, something my kids and wife can use for printing out homework or school assignments. It isn't the fastest printer around, with 8.5 pages per minute in black and white and 5.5 pages per minute in color, but again, we're not taking about an expensive all-in-one here. What we are talking about is a nice, simple printer with the ability to make copies and print documents. Black and white documents were sharp and easy to read. As long as you aren't printing photos or high-contrast color documents, you'll be plenty satisfied with the print quality in color. Replacement cartridges aren't too expensive, but as usual a set of black and color cartridges in the XL size will cost you 70% of a new printer on sale. HP does give you the option to sign up for HP+ where you pay a monthly fee and get to print so many pages a month. They'll send you ink cartridges when you do this. Now, here's my biggest beef with the 4133e: An XL black cartridge for the 4133e runs 26 dollars and according to HP will print around 240 pages. That is 11 cents per page, which is a little above average. We'd usually like to see per page costs of 5-10 cents per page. An XL color cartridge for the 4133e will run you 27 dollars with an estimated yield of 200 pages. If we don't count the black ink that would be used in a color print, that ends up costing 13.5 cents a page. That number is pretty dang good, considering that home printers can average 15-25 cents per page. So a little trade off there. At it's regular price, I'm not sure I would buy the 4133e again. There are some printers in that price range that have a cheaper per page cost and I would most likely purchase those instead. But at its regular discounted price, the 4133e is a decent deal and will be a great basic printer.

Better Than I Expected
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I received my HP - Deskjet 4133e Wireless All-In-One Printer a week ago and have been trying it out in my home office. HP usually impresses me especially with their laserjet printers and I knew going into this the quality probably wouldn't be as good as the normal laserjets' that I'm used to, but I was going to be open-minded about this deskjet. So upon opening the box, you will find: * HP Deskjet 4133e Printer * Power Cable * Tri-Color Ink Cartridge * Black Ink Cartridge * Startup Guide & User Documentation Setting up the printer is fairly simple. Just plug in the printer and follow along with the REQUIRED HP Smart App that's available in the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android. Once you have installed the app, follow along inside the app to setup the printer. This process is fairly easy and takes no time at all. Though I did have a couple of issues with it connecting to my home wifi. I had to shut the printer down and then restart it. Once it restarted it automatically connected and skipped the whole part for me to install the cartridges. That was kind strange since, I've installed HP printers in the past and hadn't had any issues. Once I got the ink cartridges installed it still wouldn't recognize the ink and required me to shutdown and restart the printer yet again. After the final reboot, the printer was ready to go. Started off with a few basic printing functions and it did well. My favorite part about this printer is the ability for it to AirPrint from my iPhone. That's amazing and its fairly quick also. The colors are a lot better than I actually expected from this printer. They did not appear to be faded or streaked. And the print time was not long either. Something that I do not like on HP printers is the requirement to have the HP Smart app. I believe this is only just for HP to continue to push their HP Ink+ delivery ink subscription program. The number of times I got bombarded with them trying to get me to sign up was ludicrous. However, I do love the printer as is and it has worked out well for me over the last week. This would be great for someone entering high school or for a small home office where light printing is conducted.

Good Value Device
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received my DeskJet 4133e a few days ago and quickly put it to use in my new office. It has not disappointed. Set up was very quick and easy, something I appreciate that is not always the case in modern printers. It does require (as far as I can tell) the HP app to set up, but the app is fairly well designed as usually works as intended. The printer has a nice design aesthetically and has a pretty typical size footprint. Print quality is solid and print speed is ok. I wouldn’t suggest this printer for a high volume job as it is a bit slow and the ink isn’t particularly cheap per print. You can subscribe to an ink subscription program that can lower that price if you are using it on a consistent basis. But for a small office or light use home printer I think this printer is a solid choice. The copy and scan options also worked quite well. All in all I like the 4133e as a very versatile and fairly inexpensive printer/copier/scanner option. I did have one minor issue with it disconnecting from my PC after an app update, but the seemingly universal fix of a PC reboot fixed my issue. If I knew someone who was looking for a low cost and low to moderate use multitasking device like this I would absolutely recommend the 4133e to a friend.

Perfect Inexpensive Family Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an all in one printer that prints, copies, scans, faxes (thru the mobile app) and prints from your phone and other wireless printing. It is a good printer for all your average family jobs. It is great for school work and any of your basic needs. With the HP Smart App, setup is fairly simple. Plug in the printer, install the app on your computer and follow the directions. If you would like to not use Wi-Fi, you can connect via a USB port. The top loader holds 60 sheets of paper. I like the feeder when I have a bunch of documents to scan or copy. Just place them on the feeder and hit the button and it feeds them through making it much easier than placing each page on the flatbed and scanning each page individually. You get a 6 month free trial of Instant Ink. You will never worrying again about ink. It will be delivered to your door. They have flexible plans for your every need. HP will even give you prepaid packaging to send them your used cartridges. They know when your ink is low and will send it straight to you. If you print as little as 15 pages a month, it is very inexpensive. I find this very handy since I have been working from home. I won’t have to leave the house to get more ink. Very reasonable prince for this printer.

Excellent Choice for Small Jobs
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new HP DeskJet 4133e is a great print/scan/copy choice for the home or small office. It’s compact size and design does not take up much space, and its weight makes it easy to move if needed. Set up of the 4133e and connecting it to Wi-Fi is quick and easy if you follow the instructions. Installing the two ink pots might give you a bit of a “Hmm” moment. Take a good look inside the small area, compare what you are seeing with an ink cartridge, and you should be fine. Download the HP Smart app if you don’t already have it, and then add the new device to it. Again, by following the instructions, this too is quick and easy. Load paper, and you are set to go. Print/copy quality is excellent and done quickly. There is some print noise, but I did not find it to be more than expected. Scanning quality is also excellent. Speed is good, and noise is acceptable. For my personal requirements, there is only one feature lacking: duplex printing/scanning/copying. However, for the home or small office, this may not be a problem for the user; and, in no way does it lessen the operational and productive qualities of the 4133e. There’s plenty of bang for the bucks, and it looks good, too. Black Friday is coming soon.

HP Desk Jet 4133e AIO
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Desk Jet 4133e All-in-one printer is perfect for the dorm or small home office. The paper tray holds 60 sheets of standard paper. The output tray only holds 25 sheets of standard paper. Black and white prints at 8.5 pages per minute and color prints at 5.5 pages per minute. The printer has a small footprint. Hook up can be either wired via USB cable or Wi-Fi. If you want all the bells and whistles, you will have to set-up using the HP+ app. The automatic document feeder can hold up to 60 sheets of paper. The HP Desk Jet 4133e does not support 2-sided printing, or duplex scanning. According to information enclosed the duty cycle is 1000 pages per month. Set-up went quickly using the application. As I already own HP Printers, I had the application installed already. The printer is set up to print by USB cable. There were no problems with windows 11 printing. The print outs are clear crisp and of a good quality. Document scanning with the HP application is quick and easy, and again no two-sided scanning. No fax software installed on printer. HP recommends using the application to send a document. I would recommend this printer to family and friends.
