WHEN it works, it works beautifully and the print quality is superb. I love the automated ink level monitoring and delivery. The biggest issue is this device randomly (and frequently) forgets connections and won't print unless you UNPLUG it -- and guess what? the power button CANNOT power it off. Huge PITA. Also, even though it has an option to direct print (just your phone direct to the printer) this function doesn't work. It cannot handle a direct wifi connection no matter what I do. You must use a 3rd party or HP Print svc which is annoying. I'm normally partial to HP products and usually have good experiencesso i'm inclined to think this one is just a lemon.

Its a great buy, prints fast and very easy to use.

This is the second one I have bought it is a great printer, it is easy to setup and connect to the internet. For older people it is inexpensive for the quality.

We couldn't use this because our wifi isn't reliable enough we were told. Had to return it for a different printer. Seemed like a good item for size and price.

Easy to set up. Prints well thru Air connection. I bought it because it is less expensive to maintain than the Envy that I have that was giving me issues.

I bought it when the printer was on sale. Affordable. I'm happy with my new printer. The printer meets my expectation. The printout is clear and precise.

Works well for printing shipping labels and works flawlessly with my phone. Havent had it long term but it should last awhile since i dont print so much.

It is easy to connect to the computer, and other device just need to download the app so it can use it, very clear quality print, portable.

I am so happy with my new printer. Setup was so easy, the App easy to use. Once I had the original set up done, all my other devices picked it up on Bluetooth. Could not have been easier. I'm also in love with the idea of Instant Ink, so I never have to worry about running out.

I got it in new year deal and it’s worth for 55$. Easy to setup and good at printing. I don’t know if pictures are not printing good. However documents are pretty good. Hp+ is added advantage . If you are good at crafting then you may need to dry it for modpodge works.

This printer was easy to set up and delivers good quality prints. Best Buy also delivered it to me quickly.

This is a nice middle of the road HP printer. Light, has all functionality, Wi-Fi connected rather than hard wired and easy to set up. Now the but. The ink (print) quality is is not as sharp as other HP printers (so not good for pictures). And the 6 months free of ink requirements are “big brother” ish and by my evaluation not worth it. You can opt out of the ink, but sighing up for the intrusion of the HP+ program once signed in, you can’t opt out of HP+ and HP can monitory your printer remotely as long as it’s connected to the internet. And you are required to sign up for HP+ if you want the “free” ink. Great home printer, mid quality but opt to buy your own ink. (For however short time it’s manufactured)

Great small printer. The ink lasts fairly long and is easy to replace. The only downside is that it doesn’t hold a lot of paper in the feed.
