My retired mother has had a very stressful time battling with HP for six months to get a refund on her printer that simply won't work, whatever HP try. But because she didn't contact them within the first 30 days, they won't offer a refund, just an endless line of failed attempts at fixing the problem (7 and counting), and as she ended up having to buy a working printer from a rival brand, she doesn't want it fixed now anyway, just her money back. So now she has an expensive HP branded brick lying around the house. A terrible product and a terrible attitude towards customers that had the misfortune to buy one.
