Printer works great, not really for big jobs though. Perfect for school or someone needing to print light duty. The reason I say light duty is because the ink cartridges are small and large jobs would empty it pretty quick. Great product though!

Crappy. Prints so slow, i could walk to a printing store and back before 1 page is printed.

Soooooo slow, and the feed is dysfunctional. And sooooo slow…. The ink cartridge deal is good .. but I don’t think I would buy this one again … if you hold your breath for one page you’ll suffocate.

Easy use all in one printer. If you like having to deal with HP forcing you to enroll in their printer supply program you will love this machine! Print 5 pages and its out of ink and wanting you to enroll..... Prints when it wants too and doesn't stay connected to the network.. Constantly having to reboot.

Purchased two months ago. It worked fine until it didn't. Now the printer cartridges won't communicate and I can't get it to connect to wifi. I've done all the troubleshooting twice. I have purchased new cartridges. Nothing. It will not print. And of course I can't return it now.

The printer itself is good but the process of installing it is too complicated. I was talking to a technician for 1 hour before finally get it to work. That's way too long.

it prints but it prints so extremely slowly! :( It will not do dual print...even manually. when I use the feeder tray to make copies or scan in multiple pages, the copies end up a crooked scan copy :( The ink cartridges are in a difficult place to see what you are doing when installing them and they are small and run out so much faster than my last HP which was a HP Envy 4520 which I LOVED. This is the worst HP that I have used.

I am no tech wizard so, HP's online printer setup was awesome. The ink subscription seems to be working very well also. I would recommend it.

Love this printer. Can now print from my computer in another room and can scan pictures and documents easily. Was able to set it up myself.

This is an okay printer, it sometimes randomly turns off which can be very annoying, get a better model.

work good for 6 month now i have to connect it to my laptop twice a week
