Problems with the ink cartridge so in the month I’ve had it, I haven’t been able to print anything. They’re online help is absolutely no help and nowhere to call. Waste of money. Do not buy!

INK EXPENSIVE

This printer is crap
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have nothing but problems with this. If you join the ink program DO NOT cancel. Took 4 months to get it really canceled and once you do, you can not use their ink and when you buy the right ink from another company, good luck. It keeps telling me I am out of ink with 2 brand new ones in. Their customer service is crap and I officially will never buy an HP product again

I had asked for one that did what this does but also one that sends and receives a fax. This does NOT do that. I think I’d be happier with the next 1-2 levels up.

I finally have it to where it prints....scanning can't make it happen. I have followed the instructions around and around we go. This is heading to the trash. Not buying an HP this time around.
