Great printer , copies, scans doesn't need too much space so its great for home or office. Easy to set up and connect through a mobile app also comes with instant ink so you can get ink mailed to you when needed. Its the perfect printer :)

Great printer. I have always had a HP printer and this one did not disappoint. Small and compact. Good quality printing and quiet. Easy to install and the Instant Ink was a nice bonus.

I have been trying to find a decent printer for a decent price that works well with the wifi and is easy to use! I think I have finally found that printer! It also does scanning of documents and can act as a fax machine. So far I can’t find anything about it to complain about. For the price and my limited household needs, it’s just fine.

Not the craziest about the white color, but otherwise it’s a solid choice all the way around. It’s pretty compact but big enough and has a large enough capacity to do what I needed to do. Printing is fast, and the quality is great

Print quality great, but you can only connect this printer through WiFi and it disconnects from my network randomly, for no apparent reason. Next time I'll get a printer that gives you the option of using a USB cable if it becomes temperamental about WiFi. Guess HP wanted to save money on manufacturing cost by leaving out the customary USB connection. Bad idea.

My last printer was dead and I needed a printer immediately. I didn't need a fancy one, I don't print that much at home, but I did need one that would scan, print and copy. A bonus was I found out I have free ink for six months! This is awesome because ink is the expensive part of a reasonably priced printer and I never seem to have some on hand when I need it. Hooking it up was easy and the wireless feature allows me to even print from my phone. It fits on my desk, the ink comes in the mail and it does a nice job of printing.

At first I was worried since set-up of the HP account took 2 phone calls and over an hour to configure! But, once you get past the initial set-up, the product works well and is easy to use for both scanning and printing, even from a mobile device.

Very easy to install, it takes up little space, it is fast and the printing function via Bluetooth is wonderful.

Printer is a nice printer for the price point. Extremely easy to setup and even has WiFi print from your phone. Very handy indeed. Print quality is spot on. The ink levels deplete quickly unfortunately but that’s the norm from my experiences with different printers.

Had a few problems setting it up because it was giving me a "door open" message whenever I tried to print something, when there was no door open. However, it turned out the problem was the default setting which linked my computer to a different HP printer model (not sure why). Once I linked it to the actual printer I purchased, I had no problems. It does a good job. The wireless interaction with my computer is pretty steady as well.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. It is so easy to use and connect to and always prints perfectly.

Easy to install, and use. Bought to travel because is light, fit in my carry on. Needed copies in color, perfect at home.

I'm happy with how it prints. Haven't done many pages yet but I believe it's fine. Setup on the other hand was horrible. Phone app could not find the printer. Set up for wireless was looping and failing. Finally got THAT set up and went to sign up for Instant Ink and could NOT find the "code" because this printer doesn't have the Web Print button. And instructions tell you to go to a web page that doesn't exist. Finally find how to print the network settings and you just login to the web page for the IP address of the printer. And the admin password is an 8 digit pin on the label on the back of the printer. So complicated!!! It's fine once it's set up and I look forward to being a 15 pp or less per month print person and getting free ink going forward!

Printer serves its purpose. Was able to scan a multiple page document to my phone and it was simple to move to a folder in my OneDrive. Compatible with 5ghz. My previous printer wasn’t and it caused some problems.

Printing is good,i didnt spend much time connecting it to my pc.great for printing.value of money good.but,kind of slow when printing.

I love this printer. It was very reasonably priced and it works very well. Copies come out clear and in color if needed and I love that about it. The ink cartridges are reasonably priced as well and actually last quite awhile depending on how much you use it.

Exceptional print quality - and price. Great features like scanning/cooying. Refills are a bit pricey now but remanufactured options will likely be available soon as with their other printers.

Really inexpensive basic printer that comes with a inexpensive ink contract that makes sense. Must have internet for both printer and ink service to work. Like most things took some getting use to but so far works well and I like that.
