For the price point of this desktop you simply can’t beat it. It runs smooth and fairly quickly. Having multiple windows open seems to be no problem for this computer. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you’re in need of a budget friendly desktop!

I got this computer for working from home, and don't put especially heavy demands on it; it's mainly for web-based activities (Google Suite, research, etc.). It's replacing a 4 year-old laptop, so by comparison it's great! And, I got it on sale, which is a plus.

Ran great right out of the box. Fast. Like dual monitor support.

Nice design. Advertised as a gaming computer but won’t run the most basic of games. Tried to upgrade the video card but everything inside is proprietary and there’s no extra plugs for anything. If you just need a basic pc that’s pretty fast this is a good buy.

Replaced an older HP computer. This new one is far superior to the last. Much faster on boot up. Am getting use to using the Windows 11. Very happy with the computer.

So far it's doing great...have no issues at all. Would reccomend.

I am quite pleased with the new computer. There are a few minor things I might tweak or move around to my liking. It seems fairly easy to get into my programs. The screen layout is clear. I'm pleased with updating to this computer at a reasonable price.

An excellent desk top tower replacing one which served me well for more than eight years. The sales associate was very helpful and the data transfer performed by the Geek Squad was accomplished within fewer days than estimated. We are finding Best Buy credit card and membership a great value.

Excellent computer. Good speed and more memory than I really need. The Geeks were able to salvage most of the info from my computer and reinstall some programs. They were fast and the appointment time was accurate.

I found it easy enough to connect. Since connection I have had to boot it twice each time I go to use it. Since I live over an hour from the Best Buy, and did not desire to pay $130 for a geek call, this problem is not resolved. It appears fine other than this inconvenience.

Everything has been working fine. We wish it had a camera,but it was not a "must."

We took our old computer in because it wouldnt let us enter password. Technitian was able to open for us but advised that our computer was old and the new Windows update would be allowed to be installed. We decided to purchase the new computer and our technician guided us to one that best fit our basic needs. Great service!
