great quiet pc. Easy setup and nice for simple day to day computer stuff.

i was in the market for a new desktop computer, i wanted something simple & inexpensive i chose HP because they’re usually a reliable brand once i hooked it up & started using it i was very impressed with it for being a lower end desktop, for $359 this was a good purchase

Great starting point for a desktop computer. It can handle certain video games without issue, but if you were to attempt to run something such as Baldur's Gate 3 or The Witcher III: The Wild Hunt it is unable to handle those games with it's limited graphics capability. I installed some extra RAM, an additional SSD, an HP optical drive, as well as some other things to help boost it's performance. However, if you are looking to get something that can handle more games than say graphic design, and office work, you may want to purchase something else. I purchased this as I was looking for an entry level desktop to have in addition to my MacBook Pro.

I love this computer! I got mine as an open box lookin for something suoer cheap at the time and saw this guy and i thought the price was to good to be true, this system works great!! Its been super fast and relaible it ended up just fully replacing the workstation I had set up!

An outstanding performer. No need to make a MAJOR expenditure for daily use of Internet activities and personal activities. It is lightening fast with WIN 11. This desktop was less expensive than trying to update an older CPU from WIN 10 to WIN11.

Didn't need a really high end system. This fit the bill, enough memory and storage for my needs. Wanted to try a ssd also.

Great little desktop for the price. The AMD Ryzen 3 is a great entry level chip for web browsing, YouTube viewing and word processing. The Radeon graphics chip works nicely for the above-mentioned tasks. I use this desktop as a secondary computer next to my gaming desktop. I recommend this unit for value, quality and overall use.

Wonderful work station. Could not be happier. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Decent little machine. Perfect for someone that doesn't need to have the most powerful machine just to get the job done. I had to upgrade my parents from their windows 10 machine to this one for security updates and such. Mostly they use it to pay bills so it didn't need to be the most powerful thing out there. This machine gets the job done though. I would only suggest to bump up the memory from 8GB to at least 16GB due to the OS using more then half while sitting idle with all the preloaded bloatware that OEM's install.

Awesome computer! I've been struggling with my old computer and I needed an upgrade. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Definitely, worth buying. The desktop is fast and has plenty of storage for my needs. I recommend you this product if you are trying to upgrade your computer home device for a fair price.

Fast computer .... clean.... service was fantastic, because we also had the old computer we brought in , gone thru for virus removal .... so we killed TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE all at once..... also bought a mouse , and a new mouse pad ..... will go back no problem! Plus, we could use the gift card advertised for my elderly mom .... she needs a new lighted big key - keyboard , and maybe a new mouse as the one we got from you is wireless and doesn't hook up to her new computer .... so we would explore other options if we win !

The new computer and monitor for my parents is great! Fast and efficient with the systems fairly plug n play. What was even better is the customer service where we could just pull up and you placed it in my car. I also know that if they need help, you are a call away with the warranty and Geek Squad.

So far I have enjoyed this computer. It's fast and easy to use, easy to set up.

Great basic home computer. Zero problems or issues. Runs good, quiet, and extremely cool. It could use a larger hard drive but you can upgrade or add a secondary storage drive.
