100% Better than an All-in-One PC

It was relatively easy to set up on my own as I am a female senior citizen who is not an IT specialist but was able to follow instructions that came with it and the prompts on computer and had it up and running fairly quickly.

However, I've had to return it to Best Buy twice. It had no outgoing audio, something my past old used computers always had. Then, the front port for earbuds did/does not work; the one in the back of the computer does. It works well for the price.

Apart from that it was big taking up much needed desk space. It finally crashed and this one was highly recommended. I love it because it takes 0 desk space and requires no power outlet as it plugs directly into pc usb port. Super fast backup. Great purchase

Great Staff Support

The Staff at Best Buy was very helpful in assuring my needs were met and my data was fully transferred to the new Tower. Excellent experience.
