It is a compact machine and it is fast and stable. I have had no problems with it and it is used daily for multiple tasks and it performs much more that my previous computer. I highly recommend this computer and the processor that it is equipped with.

I am satisfied with my purchase. I didn't really like the small keyboard, so I just used my old one and it worked well. I also was surprised to see that I could not use any CD with the machine, but that was okay too. I just downloaded what I wanted. I liked the large monitor, too. Works great with my projects and workings. Thanks again.

My old computer was OLD! I thought jumping from Windows 7 to Windows 11 would be hard for me to do. But with all the helpful tips on my new computer, and helpful tips from Best Buy, the transition was a relatively easy one. For a 68 year old Granny, I am very pleased with my new Windows 11 computer.

Solid little mini tower unit! Nice and compact. The inside is actually thoughtfully designed for good flow and access for possible upgrades/adjustments. Fast and responsive computing experience, hardly any lag after going thru my usual stress testing. Great little budget unit

This worked out well, as I was able to remove the hard drive from the old computer and add as data storage, thereby saving the original files and pictures.

Was easy to set up and install but found out a few days later from the window bit defender that there were 14 foreign ip addresses and it had hacked into our internet system. I did buy this open box in excellent condition, so just be extra cautious when setting up other than that the computer is in excellent shape! Got those taken off and it’s been working well

It works flawlessly And I can do what I need to do on it

This PC is doing just what I expected it to do. I haven't had an real issues with it so far. I'm no wizard when it comes to these electronic devices, so I use it minimally. Not much else to say.

easy to set up and works great we would have given 5 stars to the product but the internal McFee security program that came already installed drove us crazy. It was like having a virus we could not get rid of. We have a subscription to Norton from our old computer. Best Buy should only add this if the customer wants it.

Respond quickly, no lagging, compact and easy setup

It is working great set up was great but i requested when i talked to Best buy that i needed one with a scan disc slot for my camera disc's because i sell on eby and they did not listen and this does not have one so i have to buy an add on

No issues so far. It seems to have good speed and was very easy to set up. My only complaint thus far is that it only has one HDMI port, and I wish I would have noticed that in the description before purchasing. I have not used this for gaming yet, so we'll see how it holds up or if I will need to make some upgrades

A great deal for a well running computer. Have absolutely no problems running daily tasks.

I use this computer for spreadsheets, documents and photo editing. I am very satisfied with its speed and ease of use. I recommend it to anyone looking for a lower priced computer.

This Desktop is great. Quite different from my old desktop. This is fast and is sufficient for my computer needs. Very pleased I got this. I had Geek Squad transfer my old hard drive to this desktop so all my old files are in the new desktop.

It replace another HP tower I had for over 12 years. this new one is quick and ease. happy with it.

Good performance for a small price. 'only comes with one stick of ram in a dual-channel machine, but adding a matching 8k stick of ram makes this item run much faster.
