Disappointing Open Box Purchase

Three days fighting the drop outs on the wi-fi. Spent quality time with tech support in India. Not fixed. Perhaps this is the issue behind the original purchaser returning it. I do not want another one.

Sad So Sad

Have to keep unplugging and plugging in monitor due to screen disappearing. After 3 months got critical error and couldn't load ,reset, or recover so took to geeksquad and after 1 week it still hasn't reached the repair center yet.

open box really means used

It said it was excellent open box which means like new. It was obviously used not like new at all. I got it all reset and it’s good now.
