I returned it! Had turn it off and on 2-3 times to get it to open on the monitor. Screen would go dark if not used for a few minutes, then had to turn off and back on to get the screen back. Etc! Not at all happy with it.

Used this 2 times and now there is no sound and then charge me to have someone do it

This computer does not come with a hard drive and the sales rep never told me that it does not come with one and now it’s not returnable

Great desktop, fast and easy to set up. I switched to HP from Gateway years ago, and the last two have been AMD equipped. My first internal SSD hard drive, looking forward to that. Very nice keyboard too.

Fast, inexpensive Win 11 pc purchased to replace my older Win 10 computer. Decent integrated graphics. I upgraded to 16 gig memory and added a 350 HD to increase performance.

This is a great computer, and it has win 11 installed. I replaced a win 7 pro with this, and it has been the most confusing process I have had in 12 years of home computing. Win 11 doesn't have even ONE user friendly trait. I suggest that the buyer of this fine computer search u tube for "win 11 user manuals" and there are many to choose from. That's the best way to learn win 11 if you don't have a personal tutor,

a real upgrade from my old windows 8 computer so very much faster its a pleasure to use

nice product for my needs. I'm a senior, so no gaming or fancy stuff, but it's much faster and less finicky than my ten year old HP it replaced. Geek squad came to our home, installed it, transfered all my data and photos from old to new unit, gave me quick and simple instruction on use and we're off and running. thanks for the assistance!!

Despite being the first computer I have bought that repeatedly failed initial start up because it would not stay connected to the wireless, once running it is a surprisingly great little computer. Well worth the money for what I use it for.

I use mine for emails and searching. Works fast and has plenty of ports.

The product suits my needs perfectly. The only issue I have is that when the Geek Squad transferred the data from my old computer, they forgot to give me the power cord back to the new computer.

Very nice tower. Works wonderful. My only problem with the tower is the salesperson told me there was a disk drive in the tower, and there is not. The sales people need to learn about the product they are selling
