Stopped working consistently right outside the warranty period. After that timeframe, the computer would randomly freeze and force you to restart it losing all progress.

You don't want me to write about this purchase! Shame on Best Buy!

Should buy a better one also the store staffs are not nice

I give average bc I bought open box when really it had been purchased and used and the person who had it before me didn’t even bother to reset the computer and it had a password protection on it. It said it was excellent open box which means like new. It was obviously used not like new at all. I got it all reset and it’s good now.

I returned it. I didnt need it as i fixed my old one.

Once the computer goes to sleep it goes into a recover screen and says that the PC cannot be fixed or recovered and to reinstall and set up as a new computer.

I returned it! Had turn it off and on 2-3 times to get it to open on the monitor. Screen would go dark if not used for a few minutes, then had to turn off and back on to get the screen back. Etc! Not at all happy with it.

Used this 2 times and now there is no sound and then charge me to have someone do it

Very compact desktop. Smooth and fast. Very quiet and functional.

Despite being the first computer I have bought that repeatedly failed initial start up because it would not stay connected to the wireless, once running it is a surprisingly great little computer. Well worth the money for what I use it for.

Fast, inexpensive Win 11 pc purchased to replace my older Win 10 computer. Decent integrated graphics. I upgraded to 16 gig memory and added a 350 HD to increase performance.

easy to install, and speed is excellent. Would recommend HP computers to everyone, I have used them for over 30 years and have never a problem.

Its a decent little computer. It struggles with anything more than Google and outlook. For the price of $380 you cant really complain, however, I do wish it had a little more pep in its step. For what we're using it for, its plenty powerful, just dont expect to do anything super demanding on it.

nice product for my needs. I'm a senior, so no gaming or fancy stuff, but it's much faster and less finicky than my ten year old HP it replaced. Geek squad came to our home, installed it, transfered all my data and photos from old to new unit, gave me quick and simple instruction on use and we're off and running. thanks for the assistance!!

The product suits my needs perfectly. The only issue I have is that when the Geek Squad transferred the data from my old computer, they forgot to give me the power cord back to the new computer.
