I have purchased open box items before at Best Buy and had very good results. I added more RAM to the unit as suggested by the sales people. I works well and is what I was looking for at a good price.

I didn’t know what I should get when my computer died. I saw this one and read about it on the information jacket. I purchased it and took it home. Oh my goodness! This computer makes my other one feel obsolete! Everything runs smoothly. The set up was easy. I am so glad I went into the store and saw it. I am very happy right now.

Best in its class. This Ryzen 3 5300G (4 core) holds its own with the Ryzen 5 4600G! With 8GB DDR4 RAM and a 250GB SSD drive it can boot to logon in two to five seconds after the HP CMOS banner. Also has built-in video AMD Radeon components which speeds up screen writing. Not a serious gamer PC obviously, but for a personal computer, it kicks some butt.

I love this computer, it is so fast and plays games that claimto nocompatible well like Darksiders 3. The processor is upgradable to a Ryzen 7 from a Ryzen 3, the ram is upgradeable to 32gb and the SSD is upgradable

Bought this for my Grandparents who didnt need an overwhelming PC. Just something decently fast with surfing the web and running non-intensive applications. This is one of the biggest upgrades for their business and it makes everything so much easier for them.

good pc for the money. I use it mostly as a tv monitor for surfing the web. it works good and was easy to set up.

I’m still getting used to this new desktop computer. It’s speedy and responsive and it was on sale so it’s a great deal just forewarned that I purchased a monitor and it came with a keyboard and a mouse, but there are no built-in speakers you have to buy additional plug-in speakers for sound.

Lighting strike shorted out my old surge protector and my PC. This new PC was easy to setup and very fast. Nice value too.

Very happy to replace a reliable HP after 10 years’ use with another one. Setup was easy; Geek Squad did most of the work. Handles everything I throw at it with no effort. Hoping to get a decade of use out of this one for spreadsheets, internet surfing, financial and tax software, word processing, and photo editing.
