This HP desktop is fast. The unit itself was not heavy. The price was a fair one plus taling out a 2 year warrenty

Am very pleased with this purchase. The computer I replaced was extremely slow and very frustrating at times. It sure is nice to have one that doesn't take forever to do what you want it to do.

I am satisfied with my purchase. I didn't really like the small keyboard, so I just used my old one and it worked well. I also was surprised to see that I could not use any CD with the machine, but that was okay too. I just downloaded what I wanted. I liked the large monitor, too. Works great with my projects and workings. Thanks again.

Nice starter computer, no DVD drive and can't add it internally. However I do have an external drive hooked up though. I had to add another 8gb memory stick and an internal video card. Not expensive to upgrade a little and it's a nice little system.

I was never able to get the computer that I really wanted. I have purchased at least four or five computers from best buy and had great experience with them except for this one as it was shipped to the wrong address.

An excellent desk top tower replacing one which served me well for more than eight years. The sales associate was very helpful and the data transfer performed by the Geek Squad was accomplished within fewer days than estimated. We are finding Best Buy credit card and membership a great value.

Replaced an older version of this HP desk computer. Delivery was super quick. Packaged very well. Was easy to set up. No problems with my purchase at all. Best Buy is the best.

We have an age disadvantage ie my wife and I are both past the age of being computer geniuses but we are happy with our purchase and it is soooo much faster then our old computer!

Got this open box discounted to $160. It was a nice little workstation but with a few minor upgrades, psu, gpu, and doubling the ram. I was able to get them a decent little gaming rig.

Everything has been working fine. We wish it had a camera,but it was not a "must."

PC is easy to log into and set up favorites for easy access. The quality is good and the PC is fast.

Best computer I have ever used. Amazing for the price.

So far it's doing great...have no issues at all. Would reccomend.

Perfect PC for my child's school work and light gaming

Bought a computer several weeks ago at Best Buy and got such a good deal and had not shopped at Best Buy for a long time due to Covid, so it was a pleasure to shop and get a great deal on a computer and it is fast. Love it, thanks to the floor salesmen, will be back to shop again soon.

its very useful for my son he plays fortnite and he says its not a high end gaming monitor but it works and runs fortnite rec room and call of duty quite well he says he would recommend to any first pc players just to get a feel on how pc gaming works

It’s been 2 years and this desktop still runs very fast. Have had no issues at all.
