Good basic computer for an affordable price. Has all the basic features. I got it for my daughter's birthday so she could play The Sims on her own computer. Graphics card is not top of the line obviously but it's more than capable of handling non graphics heavy current games. Remember it doesn't come with a monitor.

Everything has been working fine. We wish it had a camera,but it was not a "must."

I use my PC for school work and light gaming and it works perfectly. Doesn’t have a lot of flashy features but it gets the job done for an affordable price.

easy to set up and works great we would have given 5 stars to the product but the internal McFee security program that came already installed drove us crazy. It was like having a virus we could not get rid of. We have a subscription to Norton from our old computer. Best Buy should only add this if the customer wants it.

Works well for what it does for us. It has no issues telling the commercial printer/cutter what it needs to know. If you want to know how well it handles playing games, i have no clue.

Nice design. Advertised as a gaming computer but won’t run the most basic of games. Tried to upgrade the video card but everything inside is proprietary and there’s no extra plugs for anything. If you just need a basic pc that’s pretty fast this is a good buy.

For the price point of this desktop you simply can’t beat it. It runs smooth and fairly quickly. Having multiple windows open seems to be no problem for this computer. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you’re in need of a budget friendly desktop!

We took our old computer in because it wouldnt let us enter password. Technitian was able to open for us but advised that our computer was old and the new Windows update would be allowed to be installed. We decided to purchase the new computer and our technician guided us to one that best fit our basic needs. Great service!

I got this computer for working from home, and don't put especially heavy demands on it; it's mainly for web-based activities (Google Suite, research, etc.). It's replacing a 4 year-old laptop, so by comparison it's great! And, I got it on sale, which is a plus.

Excellent computer. Great price and the Geek Squad did a great job transferring my data from the old computer. Very satisfied!

Got this open box discounted to $160. It was a nice little workstation but with a few minor upgrades, psu, gpu, and doubling the ram. I was able to get them a decent little gaming rig.

Replaced an older HP computer. This new one is far superior to the last. Much faster on boot up. Am getting use to using the Windows 11. Very happy with the computer.

I am quite pleased with the new computer. There are a few minor things I might tweak or move around to my liking. It seems fairly easy to get into my programs. The screen layout is clear. I'm pleased with updating to this computer at a reasonable price.

I was never able to get the computer that I really wanted. I have purchased at least four or five computers from best buy and had great experience with them except for this one as it was shipped to the wrong address.

I found it easy enough to connect. Since connection I have had to boot it twice each time I go to use it. Since I live over an hour from the Best Buy, and did not desire to pay $130 for a geek call, this problem is not resolved. It appears fine other than this inconvenience.
