This desktop is great. The only thing that could change is the on/off button. Seems to be to flush to the PC. Could be a bit more exaggerated to allow for better accessibility. Other than that, works wonderfully. Fast processor and quiet.

Cheap but works as a daily driver for email, web surfing, etc. Isn't going to be a high end gaming machine - but that is o.k., it is significantly faster than my 4 year old gaming laptop... so, that works for me!

This little PC gets it done and has more outlets and plugins than you'll ever need. It's light and small so it fits anywhere you want it to. The SSD means it's very fast and can multitask like a champ. Would buy again.

Great performance and specs that won't break the bank. Tried doing some basic gaming and work on it, and it holds up pretty well. I've been amazed with how quick it is.

Needed a desk top to do my school work that was reasonably priced. This runs smoothly, loads quickly and doesn’t freeze. Has enough memory for all my files. For the price I paid I’m loving this.

We purchased a desktop, VERY similar to this one a few months ago. When my wife's desktop "died," we bought another for her. The visual images are identical, including what appears to be slot for a CD drive. But, this new one does not have that drive! Since we had to wait for the Geek Squad to install it (we are partially disabled), we had to wait for the PC to be installed. It was after the allowed return policy of Best Buy - - we can't return it. Other than that....

The BB worker was so very helpful in deciding which computer to buy. He spent a lot of time with me and explained all the options which was important to me. He was great, and the computer itself is so good, I'm almost glad we had a lightning strike because it is such a great computer and much easier to navigate than our last one.

Excellent system and peripherals. Had no difficulty setting up. Will upgrade RAM to 16gb and have purchased an 8tb external backup to backup entire system drive array.

Fast and reliable so far.plenty of ports, HDMI port as well. WiFi has moderate range.

This was a good purchase. It works well for my daughter's needs since she's homeschooled. It runs well and no issues with starting up. I would recommend it.

Husband uses it every day. Works for what he uses it for, surfing the internet and watching videos. Quick and easy to set up.

I purchased this for my father as he kept having issues (older PC) So far like this PC, upgrading specs is a bit confusing, I did install a SATA drive I had which was quite easy to install (took a couple of minutes to install) Great speed, father uses mostly Facebook, Banking, surfing, emails, likes to access his photos, etc. He doesn't play games nor concerned about super speed, watches some TV on the PC We are both very happy with the PC. He recently turned 90. PC is lightweight

I changed my old computer, and I got the special deal and now I enjoy my new computer everyday, it's fast small and light.
