The Geek folks did a good job of transferring files from my old computer to the new one. The overall service while making the purchase was excellent. However I found that using the internet to communicate with Geek service was frustrating. Whoever runs that operation may know digital technology but they are short of communication with people skills.

I love this computer. Just as I thought, this HP it was very easy for me to set up and use. I would like to know if I would be able to bring it in to install a CD/DVD /-RW Drive? I would much rather do that than getting an external drive.

I love this computer, it is definitely an upgrade from the HP I had. It is very fast and does all I need it to do. I got a great deal on it because my granddaughter that lives with me started college this year and we received the student discount so I couldn't beat the price anywhere else.

I purchased this desktop as a replacement for my wife's older laptop that was slowing down considerably. The desktop runs extremely well and is very fast. I would definitely recommend this desktop for someone who does a lot of multitasking.

I have only had this a month so I haven’t had a chance to fully get into it but so far it does everything I need it to we run a business off of it and needed something that works and this does it beautifully.

My grandson uses it for light gaming and it works fine. The only problem I have is the Best Buy employee told me the case would be big enough to hold a video card and it's not, but that's not the computer's fault.

Bought this desktop for my daughter to use for on-line home schooling classes, it works great for that. The price is so affordable. My daughter has never had sn issue with this computer no matter whst she does on it.

This machine is doing exactly what we needed it to do for my husband’s online Master’s degree program - running special software for some of his classes. It was easy to set up and get going. Great value at a great price!

Got this for my parents who needed something simple, budget friendly, and reliable. Performance is still the same as the day it came out of the box. If you're having second thoughts on getting this...dont. you won't look back!

Very easy to set up and does everything I need in a desktop. I used the wireless keyboard and mouse from my old HP. Wish it had a CD ROM but I can live without it

We are very happy with our purchase!!! Everything is working perfectly and my wife loves her computer again! The staff at Best Buy and Geek Squad were awesome and we will definitely continue shopping with them!

Price is high considering it doesn't have much inside- small hard drive, no CD drive, average amount of RAM. For a prebuilt, its probably the best parts for price... I recommend custom built, but this is a good 2nd choice.

Needed a secondary desktop unit for the house. Found this one at Best Buy and had decent specs for the price. I run powerful software and have not had any terrible lagging issues yet.
