Great product for the price. Enjoying the concept.

Very nice little machine, haven't really used it to it's fullest yet but working well.

Needed a new PC for kids to do homework on. This had great features and storage space.

its great has more gb to store more things.easy to use.

Freezes up often right out of the box. Had to upgrade the memory and graphics card to stop this behavior. Proprietary power supply is a real issue if you need more power. I think AMD is trying to do too much with their processor.

Setup was easy and everything works great. We had good help at the store.

fast cheap desktop. great for someone that doesn't do much on their PC.

I bought this for a friend. They really do like it! It has a bay where we could put the old hard drive from the old computer. I was shocked that the cables to connect were already there. I usually by Dell, but I think this computer has them beat.

This is a good Gaming PC, got it as a gift for my brother. he seems to really love it. The only thing i wish it had was more vent ports. but that was easily taken care of with some modification to make sure it doesn't over heat. But a great Mini tower. He uses it to stream and he runs games hard lol.

This is a great computer for the money. I bought it not knowing anything about computers. The employee at best but really helped me make a decision on witch computer to buy. I appreciate all the help given to customers at best buy.

This is a good standard computer for your daily office stuff or school work. Quick response time but this does not come with a dvd player.

it didn't do it for me so i returned it. it may be due to the fact that i am an intel processor guy, i found many times the lag time was enough for me to say i need to return it ASAP. plus i didn't like that it didn't come with a CD drive.

HP computers are top of the line, and this one was a great buy having 1 TB and 12 GB ram. And the tower isn’t as large as they once were. Many times I have to add memory to increase from 4 to 8 GB.

Ever since I got my computer, I been using it just about every day. It starts up and run very smooth. So far, I don't have any complaints. To me, it's a very good computer for every day use.

It’s an awesome pc. I bought it to use it for my school and to navigate through internet and it works very well. I like it’s velocity and very impressed with the air filter.

Failed to boot out of the box, and I struggled to get it running every day for a week. After a 90- minute call with HP, the machine was confirmed defective. I shipped it to HP and now have to wait another 30 days or longer to have it repaired due to a parts shortage. This totally ruined my plans of working at home as COVID cases rise again. When it did boot it was great, but too difficult to get it to run.

not exactly what I wanted. The main reason I bought this particular computer was for the cd drive. Salesperson assured me it had one. Got home, set it up and was going to use the disc drive and the was not one in the computer. Im not good when it comes to components, that is why I made it clear that is what I wanted! already had all my information on the computer, I just kept it. Id bought a refrigerator, stove, this computer, and other electronics, this will be the last thing. never again.

Very useful for raw photos editting. No have an optical drive but who cares!!
