Good desktop computer still fast working on 11/2023

I am really enjoying my new HP Desktop. I had been looking for a while and found a few things here and there but nothing that really got my attention. When I came across this computer it hit every point, including the price point I was looking for. It was easy to set up and I haven't looked back.

Super fast. No problem setting up. Just as the salesman said it would work.

Setup was easy and fast. Computer is lightning quick to boot up, and log in. It is very quiet, no fan noise at all. Does not have a sound card but I knew that ahead of time. For a basic graphics card it sure ran games more smoothly then its predecessor. So glad I got the upgraded SSD and the 12GB ram work great may not even need to upgrade it.

Pleasantly surprised how fast and noiseless this HP desktop computer is. For the small size you would think it would impact it's processing power, but that's not the case. I like the many USB ports in the front but would like even more in the back. The energy efficiency and ability to hook up multiple monitors is great. So far so good.

Its a great computer especially if you are looking for a beginners gaming pc but without the higher end price. For some of the more modern games, you should invest in upgrading the graphic card but other than that, this will be a great buy. I recommend.

This has worked fine for me. There has been no problems so far.

I’ve had the Pc for about a month already and so far it works great. I haven’t had any glitchy problems or any issues so far. Although I would prefer intel, so far this processor is working great. The price overall was great considering the amount of storage and ram in this computer. I am satisfied with this product.

AMD's Ryzen had come a long way from their first generation. Even though this Ryzen's generation is from the last-gen, the integrated graphics is on par with GTX 1030. 12GB of ram is a bit low in my opinion since the iGPU will take about 3GB just for its own, leaving you with 9GB on idle for other applications. For this price, the intel NVME included is a good purchase considering that it's 1TB compared to other prebuilt.

The bad news - the computer, which is powerful and fast, died just a few days after I set it up. After jumping online with HP (on my phone), I ended up calling customer service. I spent about 40 minutes with a rep (mostly on hold) and we arranged for me to ship the unit to HP. HP decided to autopsy the dead computer and send me a completely new unit. The good news - the new computer is working just fine. I've been able to download all my programs/documents, etc. onto the computer and the SSD means that programs and files open up very quickly. The computer also boots up almost instantaneously, which is a big improvement over my old desktop. So, it's doing what I had hoped it would do - it just took a little more time and effort to get there.
