It's a little early for me to give a full evaluation of this machine, but so far I really like what I see. I am waiting another two weeks or so to replace the pre-installed McAfee virus with the Best Buy-sponsored Webroot one that I have on my laptop, and maybe replace the old HP 2009m VGA video screen with a hi-def HDMI screen, but so far, so good.

This product was a great value. It had everything needed in order to use it for gaming, which was the reason it was purchased for. Im very satisfied with it. And for the cost and what it can do kts definitely a great choice for families looking to get the most for there buck.

HP Desktop was easy to install along with Microsoft 365. This item was not in stock but only took two days for shipment. Salesman was extremely helpful and friendly. It was helpful to have an idea of the item I was wanting to purchase prior to entering store.

I am SO satisfied with AMD PCs and have only purchased one Intel pentium in the past 15+ years and it fried. I appreciate Best Buy's availability for non-gamer, AMD business PCs and hope they continue to provide the best value for the money.

The AMD processor is blazing FAST runs SUPER COOL no heat emits from the power supply or the processor only downside no CD ROM but think it's on its way to being obsolete

Great value for what you get. Everyone always thinks they must have an intel chip, but save some money eat and get more with the AMD options.

Very pleased with this desktop -- it performs as advertised and was easy to set up. In addition, the store associates were very helpful in locating the desktop in our area so we wouldn't be without a computer for too long.

Great purchase, especially before the chip shortage! I needed a new PC and this tower was just what I needed. Very fast and easy install. I just wish it had a built-in microphone.

I’ve had it for a month and everything about this pc is as advertised. I was told it had a cd drive and it doesn’t. That’s on me for not looking at it closer.

Great desktop for my purposes, small business and pleasure. The Ryzen processor is fast and excellent, can even handle some games, watching Videos is excellent.

Great PC. I bought this after my Dell died. I was happy to find it was a nice computer for a lot less. I replaced the keyboard and mouse just my choice.

First time I purchased this computer the mother board failed after 1.5 years. The insurance replaced it. I even got money back because the same computer was now on sale. Wish me luck!

I am not a computer expert. We had this computer installed by our IT guy, and it works perfectly. We have had it about one month at this point.

I purchase the desktop and a gift for my daughters birthday. She the computer especially for her school work. She said it fits all her needs.

this machine works amazingly quickly! I also purchased a new video card for it so that I could put two curved HDMI screens with it. The Geek squad installed it and it is fantastic!

This is my first HP Desktop Computer. So far, so good. Powers up and down very quickly, not like my old Gateway computer that took almost a full half-hour to power up and be usable. I'm happy!
