It Was not doing anything when I first plugged it in. I was waiting for something to happen on my monitor. I called HP support and they did not help me, A person with an accent so strong I did not understand what they were saying. I took it back to Best Buy and they got it started for me.

Very please with this computer

We have been using this new computer for about two weeks and have been having no problems. This computer is very fast and does everything that we purchased it for. Highly recommend it.

Great PC versatile in every way

The support Team at Best Buy was very Knowledgeable and assisted me with a great purchase it handles everything I do from Live streaming to graphics such a powerful little machine

Forcing me to buy cloud storage space.

More storage than I have ever had. So why am i getting messages every day warning me that I'm running out of storage in the cloud? I wanted this so i would not have to use the cloud which costs more money and I don't trust the privacy of the cloud. I don't know if this is just a windows 11 thing or not.
