Decent computer for basic needs - surfing the web. Tower comes with keyboard and mouse (although I recommend a check wireless mouse from Logitech) Pro: Price. Pro: Easy to set up and start using. Pro: Quick response for those basic needs. Con: SSD Storage - I had to purchase a large SSD card and swapped it out since the one that was installed in the unit was only held 512 gb. Con: Fan noise - the fan is not loud; however, it is noticeable.

Had for only 6 weeks but great so far for my use. Not a gamer

My old computer, which came with Windows 7 so it's pretty old, wasn't working well and finally replaced. This was easy to set up and is much faster. The drawbacks: no CD/DVD drive. The one on my old computer stopped working years ago so I already had an external drive. Still, I wish it came with one. Also, no media card reader, now I'll have to plug the camera into the computer to upload photos.

It's quick, easy to use with classic simplicity. Feel lucky to have gotten in on the Black Friday sale.

Was very easy to set up and is working great. The Geek Squad did a great job transferring all of my data from my old computer to the new one and did it promptly.

It functions very well, is smaller and much faster than the old one. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive of my choices. They patiently answered all the questions I had. I would definitely buy from them again.

Love this! We purchased this to replace our old computer. Been using HP for a long time but needed a new one that could be used for browsing, email, watching youtube. We enjoy using this.

The agent who helped me with a phone request understood what I needed to be able to plug and play CDs and DVDs on my all-in-one computer. He found a player that is compatible with my computer and plays and records CDs and DVDs that was on sale. He even found one that was on sale.

This has been a wonderful addition to my home. It was very easy to setup and get it up to date. I've had HP computers for probably 45 years and I love them, they have been very reliable.

We just finished setting up the computer. We were surprised everything went well. Being old we thought we would have a hard time doing it. We watch a tutorial video which helped us immensely. Very similar to windows ten. So far no problems. Seems to be a very good computer.

Purchased this HP computer since my old one was pretty slow and 11 years old. Also couldn't download windows 11 on it. This new one is really fast and no waiting for anything to download

Has been running well especially with gaming and using 3D modeling, good computer for its price! Would reccomend :)
