Purchased this HP computer since my old one was pretty slow and 11 years old. Also couldn't download windows 11 on it. This new one is really fast and no waiting for anything to download

It functions very well, is smaller and much faster than the old one. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive of my choices. They patiently answered all the questions I had. I would definitely buy from them again.

Got it up and running and so pleased with this purchase. i have to say the salesperson helped me find my desktop and pointed out what i needed. he was very helpful and attentive. being on sale i saved alot. Great computer works flawlessly,never one issue with it.

My old computer, which came with Windows 7 so it's pretty old, wasn't working well and finally replaced. This was easy to set up and is much faster. The drawbacks: no CD/DVD drive. The one on my old computer stopped working years ago so I already had an external drive. Still, I wish it came with one. Also, no media card reader, now I'll have to plug the camera into the computer to upload photos.

Easy to set up and hit the ground running. Speed seems good. Hate the keyboard that came with it, will probably replace it soon

This has been a wonderful addition to my home. It was very easy to setup and get it up to date. I've had HP computers for probably 45 years and I love them, they have been very reliable.

My parents were long overdue for a new computer as it was over 15 years old and running very slow. This desktop was very easy to set up and it runs smoothly. I haven't heard any complaints from them so I'd say it's perfect for them.

I found this on sale and read up on it and found it a great value for my wife to work from home with. Paired this with a new hp printer and couldn't be more happier. It is very quiet and works well.

The HP Desktop AMD Ryzen 5 12GB Memory 512GB SSD, in dark black, is a very nice addition to my computer needs. My only problem has been with the Windows 11 format. I am older, and not a computer-tech type of person, so my ability to navigate with Windows 11 has been slow. Fortunately, the Geek Squad has provided considerable help to me. Thank you, Geek Squad!
