Great value. Go to Best buy and see the value. No Comparison

Purchased a computer online for delivery and the courier left the package at the garage in the rain rather than on the covered porch which means it got soaked. When I informed the store manager, she said it was my problem to deal with and said she would not hold the courier nor Best Buy accountable/responsible. The store manager also denied a refund and would only issue an exchange. After contacting the corporate office, I received a full refund and bought another computer from another retailer. Now that I know Best Buy's lack of concern for customer satisfaction and poor business practices, will not be shopping at Best Buy again.

Log on screen is not allowing to sign on.Spoke with technician but problem was not solved. In store appointment required when initial appointment of downloading all apps and files from old tower should of been resolved the first visit.

I got this earlier this week and it was easy to set up and had little bloatware. Seems fine and more than good enough for work, everyday use, and some light gaming. Best Buy's price is $150-200 under units similar to this. So really it's hard to beat this, especially at the price point.

Used as a replacement for my office desktop. It was easy to set up and get started, it's extremely fast. It is small and compact and very light. Very Impressive!

A commercial customer came into my shop and wanted a pre-built PC to replace their aged one. We ordered this and completed the install the very next day for the customer, since implementing this tower the customer has been blown away with the speed it has. The computer can handle all of their programs they need to successfully run their Auto Repair and Sales Shop! The 12GB of ram and Ryzen 5 are a great pair together. This system runs so quiet and smooth, you hardly know its even on.

Got a great deal on an open-box item to replace my slow 9-year-old desktop. So much faster -- startup time is less than 30 seconds compared to minutes. Works fast with multiple browser tabs and office software open. Plenty of USB ports for my needs. Perfect fit for my small space as well. There is really no need for a CD/DVD drive anymore, but got a great deal on a portable one. Have a 1 TB external HDD but I don't use a lot of storage, so 512 GB is plenty for my needs. Some have complained about fan noise, but it's just a hum and good to know it's working. (I think my old PC lost a fan.) Hoping this lasts as long as my old Acer!

A Great deal if on a budget and is easily expandable memory and SSD drive both of which I purchased at Best Buy. Astonishing speed, he said they have great graphic card for everyday use and some gaming.

This desktop was purchased to replace my mom's older computer. I wanted to find something that would be low maintenance and reliable out of the box. I researched several options and ended up deciding on this model. She's been using it for 3 months now and we've had no issues. I was impressed with how fast this PC loads everything, the upgrade was long overdue. Great purchase and would recommend this model to others looking to reliably replace old machines. Tip: If the desktop unit sits on the floor, you may feel like you'd want more than 4 USB ports on the back so that the cords don't stick out of the front. If so, this desktop can be upgraded easily with a USB 3.0 PCI express x1 card (there is an available/open slot for it within the case). You'll need to purchase this separately, but it's easy to install and upgrades the USB ports on the back nicely. For those that want to add an external cd-rom or dvd drive, these back usb ports are handy for that connection too.

This a an upgrade from my old computer and is great. It is faster and very easy to use. All my old files are fine on it. It was also a great price .

Works great. It’s compact and I’m able to get online quickly with no freezing or no response notices. Very happy with my purchase. I also bought the Geek Squad contract so that I can keep it working like new. Best purchase ever.

The HP AMD Ryzen 5 was purchased to replace an HP 550 Pavilion with a 1-TB hard disk that was more than 11-years old. The Ryzen is all solid state. Although its disk storage capacity is only half of the 550's, it is much faster due to its solid state architecture. It is also physically smaller and takes up less space, fitting neatly on a shelf under the desk surface. Consequently, both the desk top and knee well are clear. My only complaint is that it came pre-loaded with Windows 11, which requires a different series of access protocols and resists downloading and installation of non-Microsoft browsers. Otherwise, a great value.

Been using this computer for about 6 months now, and pretty impressed by the performance. I ended up needing to update my old computer to run my 3d printing software, and for the price this performance awesome! I will say its not the fastest by any means, but if you upgrade the RAM to the full 32 it helps it out quiet a bit. Again still not the fastest, but works good for multitasking. One thing i wished it did have was built in speakers, after trying for over an hour to get sound, i realized that i needed to go buy speakers. But for the price its not a deal breaker.

This was a great value! Improved speed and performance compared to my old computer! Only took me a couple of days to figure out the changes from Windows 10 to 11. Very happy with purchase.

This is a very quiet and my computer is very very fast. It was easy to install by myself. Not big and bulky nor heavy. I got it on sale and am very pleased.
