New HP Computer

The service by Geek Squad and the salesperson were great. Ordered, delivered, and all files moved to new computer. Great experience.

My new computer

Win11 Worst Operating System

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst Operating System (Win11) I bought this system thinking it would be an improvement from Win10, but it is NOT, It’s a Night Mare by assuming the user needs CIA level 1A security. Most everything requires password security with having to go to your Email for Verification (having to get to your email to verify access.) Then YOU ARE constantly solicited to purchase Win365 on the Web, which may be more secure BUT it’s SUPER SLOW accessing your cloud stored files especially large files. I have Win365 on another system, so I know it is SO SLOW accessing my CLOUD Files.. I tried getting this system to work but finally gave up. Also it has NO DVD/CROM. I had to buy an external DVDROM to load my copy of WORD but it was incompatible with the W365 installed version. I may put a bullet thru it if it didn’t cost $500.
