Once set up, I’ve had no problem using it for work (professor of mathematics) or personal use.

Mixed Review

For the first 8 days of ownership, the product was with the in-store geek squad trying to fix a problem with the first Ryzen. After many attempts with the geek squad, Microsoft and HP techs was determined this was a defective item and had to replace with a new second device. The original problem started with loading a new Logitech video web cam, and that first one was defective, the second finally worked. Totally elapsed time until i was able to take the computer home was approx. 8-10 days.

The staff at Best Buy were considerate, knowledgeable and the service was great. I highly recommend shopping at best buy.
