If I was still in the working world I would not recommend this model. It’s a low middle of the road home computer, overpriced for what it is

Unhappy with this purchase

I'm a long time Best Buy/Geek Squad member. Cannot plug-and-play and I get no sound, no printer operation and am unable to connect to the internet. Geek Squad doesn't make house calls anymore, yet I'm paying almost $200 annually for your "service". Any suggestions?
