Works great for my needs, shopping, streaming, gaming. Great computer at a fantastic price!

I was using a 15 year old computer that was so slow. It took about 3 minutes to start and was pre bluetooth which meant I had 30 cords attached. This desktop is a life saver. Fast power on, no lag, and no cables everywhere. I love it.

went in to buy a laptop that online it appeared was in stock but it was not. Wanted something right then as such bought the HP AMD PC instead. It was less than retail the price for the times the price good enough. Always bought Dell PC's in the past with good experience but never a AMD such as this. Never had one with a SSD instead of a hard drive. Set up was easy. Speed of use fast. No sound on board. Gave 4 stars as I thought it had a DVD/ CD player and it did not. Not a gamer, just wanted to use to cruise the web. Has all the modern USB / HDMI ports. Owned now for a couple of months and so far so good.

Well equipped, with good specs and performance. This is the second HP Desktop with this configuration I have bought and these computers hold up well. My only complaint is that, unlike my previous HP, it does not come with a DVD reader/writer, a USB-C port, or a memory card reader. Given that many other computers near or at this price point do come with these devices, I think this is an oversight by HP. The case contains more than enough room for additional peripherals.

Had to get a new PC because our old one was failing. This is fast and reasonably priced. Chris, who did the set up, was great. Knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. A great experience overall.

Overall this is a solid little pre built. This PC will get you by well for all general computing tasks. If you want to do gaming this PC does have room to grow with a little more ram and a graphics card. It does only have 2 ram slots and they are both populated but that is a really easy swap. This is a good mini tower if you need a basic home or office pc

Excellent value for the money. Bought it for my Mother-in-Law and she loves it. The setup went smooth and she says it is easy to use.

I truly do love this desktop computer. It is a joy to have it respond so quickly. And the price was quite reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was relatively easy to install and hook up to my printer and other accessories. A really good computer so far and worth the cost.

Simple and straightforward. Worked well out of the box. Powerful enough for most home computing jobs. Get it on sale and it will be good for quite some time.

Very happy with my purchase. Used it for about 2 months now and it's been flawless. Very fast and plenty of storage - perfect for anything outside of gaming (browsing, basic computer tasks, etc.). Time will tell on longevity. Also - Windows 11 seems to work very well. Hard to beat for $500

Purchased as replacement for a 12 year old computer. Woeful lack of on-line technical information from HP or BestBuy & some of it, e.g., front/back panel location of USB2/USB3 ports was wrong. Win 10 -> Win 11 app/data migration to new system went better than expected. System not designed for serious gaming or video editing but is more than adequate for its home office use.
