Been using it for over a year now for my WFH job, great computer!

Great device, speed and sleek design..able to have multiple tabs open..and split screen.

This is a nice little PC. Please not it is not really upgradable beyond some memory as it is a custom MB with a custom PS. If you want a fast solid Win11 PC that is good for light gaming and web surfing, then this is an affordable option.

Needed a new desktop for the preacher. This one is great, not too big, and has the power he needs.

Purchased for my parents whose tasks are basic: surf the internet, watch movies and shows on streaming services, and even some light gaming. This desktop has more than enough processing power to do all of that. Easy setup, no hiccups so far during operation (6+ months now). Compact size that fits most anywhere, very quiet.

Good machine. The reason it did not get 5 stars is because it does not have a CD player.

Used it as a work office pc and it is a work horse for the price!

I've bought 2 of these so far and intend to buy at least 3 more. These PCs have been super reliable and incredibly simple to set up. They are fast and should last for many years as I am using them in a simple office setting.

HDMI port is defective. Was mansplained that it couldn't possibly happen twice. Well, it did. 1st tower, the HDMI port went out at 20 days. They were kind enough to exchange it even though it was more than 15 days. 2nd tower: took it home, plugged it in, guess what? HDMI port also bad. Wouldn't come on, so I slightly wiggled it to see if it was seated properly. Monitor came on but was pixelated. Slight wiggle again and it worked. However, I don't want to take the chance that it will go out again. Either this port is defective, or they were installed by the same person who didn't put them in properly. Other than that, the computer worked great.

Not a bad entry level computer for price. A little slow for higher end software to run quickly.

This Ryzen 5 works fine for me since I don't do gaming. It is a laptop in a box, my desktop now has an airplane mode. I would not go with less than 12GB of memory with Win 11, If you own an android, you should get use to Win 11 fairly quickly because it uses apps. Four stars because of the great price I got from Bestbuy.

So far so good at home. I don’t think this would be the best choice for a complete at home workstation but that’s not what it was purchased for. Great for at home use to surf web and other uses. Also have several games downloaded and it does good with these also.

It does everything I expected and faster than my other computer.

I bought this for my wife since she has been working from home and doing online classes. In her spare time, she also likes to play the sims 4 which runs smoothly on this PC. This PC has not given her any trouble and she said it works better than she had originally expected.

Beautiful casing. I'm no computer pro but performance has been decent. Still getting used to Windows 11 (from 7 Pro). For the price it should have included a built-in Optical Drive (CD/DVD). You can see where it would mount on front of the case.

When I initially started using the computer, I thought that I might have to return it because I was getting glitches in the video card. The display would go snowy and then clear up. It did this a couple of times and then quit. It may have been because of an update that fixed this issue but so far, the issue has stopped. Only drawback to the unit is no cd drive not every program I use is downloadable, so I installed a drive, and it is working just fine.

First off this desktop has no internal cd area that you would have to buy separately. I also found out that this would not give me any sound after making sure I had the sound options turned on so I had to install speakers. The processor is fast for my everyday use when I am doing light work. As for heavy work I am still unsure for anyone who works at home. Also this does in fact have Windows 11. I purchased this desktop after my old Dell computer would not upgrade to Windows 11. This computer is also so much fast than my Dell and I was a hardcore Dell user but now reformed.

Highly recommend this HP Desktop for the home office. It was super fast for loading several large demanding apps as well as lots of data folders, over 200GB, from different clouds in just minutes. Set up was fast and easy.
