    Very fast!! We run Quickbooks and our last computer was like waiting on dialup it was so slow. This one opens right away and saving our backup is just as quick. I would give 10 stars

    I did not know that there was no cd rom to put cd in for my card program. So I had to buy one. It was no big deal. I would have liked for the sales person to tell me.

    Still learning to use Win 11 and all seems to be fine so far. Devon, at Best Buy was great to work with and went out of his way to get this 88 yr old, handicapped user set us and out the door. Thanks Devon!

    The only thing to make this product is an instruction sheet on how to set it up. All functions are only improved. But they are in a different more efficient place. I love it and i am very happt with it. Thank you !

    I have had a HP for over 8 years and was very pleased with its performance until recently. I purchased a new HP and so far I’m finding it just fine. Having to get used to new Word. I think the new features will be great as. Soon as get used to them.

    It’s great for what I use it for. Mainly office work and documents. The only downsides (which I knew when purchasing) are no DVD drive and hard drive is small. I purchased a portable DVD and extra portable space.

    You need something pretty quick for office tasks and surfing. This is it! Plenty fast for productivity. Just don't expect to be able to add a graphics card down the line, this is not that kind of pc. It has its purpose and serves it will.
