Purchased this to replace an old all-in-one desktop for an elderly relative to use for email, social media, viewing family pictures and videos, playing puzzles and card games. Works great for these applications. The only gripe I have for this desktop and the other HP desktop I own is the design of the power button. The extremely low profile is not user friendly and definitely not friendly for seniors. Just plain dumb. Can't believe this flaw has not been corrected.

I do not know computers, all I do is google search, e-mail and YouTube. So I bought the cheapest available. And it turned out I was right I don't need all the crap piled on that retailers try to sell. the prices are to high but fortunately some stuff is still put on sale to make way for more pricey stuff to come. I would buy this $350 tower again. it's really all i need.

Very fast, i needed to upgrade and replace a very old computer that crashed on me. Did some research and found this one on sale. It is fast, and runs smooth. Absolutely no issues and much better then what i did have.

Excellent desktop, fast and reliable for the price.

This desktop computer was exactly what I was looking for in terms of my home office setup. I wanted something that was basic and minimal as I am only using it for surfing the web and remote connecting into my work server. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a computer for a similar use.

I have several HP products and have generally been very pleased with their performance. Bought this for my dad, who is 93, so he can check email and Facebook, and for an I3 it is doing very well. Perfect for the light duty he'll be giving it. Very happy!

Quick learning curve. Simple to use and much faster than my old Lenovo. Windows 11 is also intuitive and effective. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the Geek Squad service.

It looked like it had a DVD drive, but it was just a place holder for one! i should have read the information more closely. Plus the on/off switch is too narrow and recessed. That's one for the designer of the PC, to think about.

The only thing to make this product is an instruction sheet on how to set it up. All functions are only improved. But they are in a different more efficient place. I love it and i am very happt with it. Thank you !

Just got the computer set up today because I’ve been in the process of moving. So this review is basically about how easy the initial setup was and how fast it is.

So far so good! Pretty speedy little computer. Works great for internet browsing. Wo hi ld have gave 5 stars but no cd rom drive.

Amazing, great computer. Faster than i need but well worth it. It comes with windows 11 that im not crazy about but im still very happy with this computer.

Easy to set up and get working within a few minutes. This machine is fast and efficient, used for general office work but has sufficient power to do the task.

Excellent functioning Corei3 from HP. Works for what I need but also has the ability to upgrade memory and storage drives if needed. Apps and webpages load within 2 secs.

I got this as an open box and it came flawlessly. It works very quickly and even runs games smoothly.

I use the computer mainly for word processing, emails, internet searches, and some streaming. I do not use the computer for video games. The computer has been responsive, and the price was very good.
