Was great until it wasn't. Purchased as a gift for Christmas of 2023. One day, in the middle of January, it wouldn't take a charge. I have always purchased the protection plans from Best Buy, however, they couldn't fix or replace this unit, so I was refunded a portion of my purchase. No mo' Best Buy for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

What a great product. Other than verrry minor scratches, this laptop is perfect. It functions as new. The memory is expandable, it doubles as a tablet, it's light weight, and it's capable than way more than the traditional Chromebook. With the "refurbished" price + quality, I couldn't be happier. :)

It’s and amazing laptop I love it. It’s pretty fast and don’t had any problems I use it for my school and my business and it work perfectly
