I bought this laptop, unfortunately the return date passed without using it. When I open it the screen is a total mess. It is a total waste of money. Worst experience ever.

I purchased this model base on what I had while working, so I was familiar with how it operated. For the price you can’t beat this, it’s an excellent laptop for the money. I worked in a place of higher education where there is a computer showcase option to purchase and our tech support recommended Best Buy with their tech support saying it would provide excellent customer service when necessary. Extremely happy with the purchase it looks new and runs beautifully the software was easy to download which put the icing on the purchase.

This is the 2nd refurbished HP laptop I have purchased from Best Buy/JoySystems and I have had 0 issues. The system was clean, setup easy, and not one problem. It is a great price for a fast system. I highly recommend!
