This was delivered to me on February 9,2023 Today, March 4, 2033 it quit working. It won’t accept a charge. So I go to the Best Buy site to see about exchanging it and am told that the option of returning in ended on February 24. What kind of a racket is this. The lap top worked for 23 days. I will be Pershing my options carefully and fully. Meantime I thought other consumers should be warned.

Keyboard did not work had to return and bought new unit

Good laptop really solid but mine did come with some chips in the keyboard which is to be expected being refurbished very pleased with this product runs very smooth and does great for my coding projects.

works really well, in great conditions, you would not even know it was refurbished. i love it.

I absolutely love it, will be using it for school.
