the PC is a little slower than I expected...overall good refurbished laptop for the price

Basic and practical Good laptop for daily tasks. Good price on sale.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter, who is a college student. With the upgraded solid state hard drive and 8mb of memory, this laptop performs excellent for all the functions my needs to complete her work as well as online social media, YouTube, etc., personal use. This was a refurbished unit but you couldn't tell it by looking at it. It looked brand new and performed like a new one. I would buy this again and again for the quality, performance and value.

The price was great. I bought this as a gift for my mom. She does not need it to do much other than browsing and printing. I would not be happy with it. The processing is slower than expecting, and adding new programs has been a challenge. I would say it is mediocre.

over all I'm happy with the computer. the mouse pad has glitches, and sometimes I have to reboot the computer to right it. I was disappointed to find out that the core i5 only has a total of 4 threads (I was expecting 5-10), the SSD was a little less than advertised, the sd reader slot is located inside the laptop. if i had more than 2 weeks to return the computer, I would have. Other than that runs well.

I purchased this for my son. He uses it for lighter online gaming, discord, and entertainment.

This is awesome for $300, so I bought 20! Great for any company needing an affordable refresh.

The laptop is a nice size and the performance is great for someone that needs performance in either high school, college or for some that needs an inexpensive laptop for a business/work. Along with a great warranty.

bought for my kid who will be having online education for at least a couple of semesters, didn’t have no issue in installing and running the machine, speed is faster than I expected and value for the money is awesome, bought one more for my other kid whose older system was also getting a bit shaky

Laptop does not start,keys problem,battery problem

Wen received it had a bad cord and battery and had to wait a week to get replacement. My son ordered for me and said he did not think it was a refurbished one. Our error but upset didn't work.

Fast laptop. This laptop is much better than the one I returned in exchange for this.

Backlit keyboard was the best thing about this computer. Not at all as described to me by employee. Very slow.

I was very excited about this purchase, but unfortunately I received a defective laptop! I can't use it without it being connected to the charger!

When I got the computer, it wasn’t charging. The charger doesn’t worked for this computer. I have been calling the customer service and I have yet to be acknowledged in regard to the matter. Waited 2 hours on hold and nothing.

Clean machine is exactly what was advertised it is fast sound isn’t as good as I thought but certainly OK and it feels good to be buying something that will not end up in the landfill now.

Screen had pink lines running across it the first time I fired it up. Returned to the store.
