    Great laptop got it for my kids homeschool programs and was able to handle all that and more. It did have a loose key on the keyboard but nothing I couldn't fix

    It said refurbished but the laptop looks and works like brand new. Needed an entry computer just to get school work done and this is it. Would definitely recommend this.

    I wasn't sure what to expect buying a refurbished laptop, but I've never been happier. I absolutely love this computer and haven't had a single issue.

    Bought Sept 22. Returnable until Oct 8. Computer crashed and won't turn on Oct 15. Ridiculous! Very disappointed with Best Buy for not allowing me to return this item. It was defective, and I didn't even have it for a month.

    We have purchased 2 laptops just like this recently and both have been awesome. So we were looking for another one and decided to buy another one. So far this one is rocking amazing just like the last. Seller Joysystems is great.
