    This PC has had memory problems and is now having hard drive issues... and it definitely stopped working. I do not recommend it. I Hope the warranty fix the issues.

    When I received that laptop, I thought everything was fine and well. No cracks, no bent parts, and everything was there. I set up the laptop and everything was fine. Then I noticed that the laptop kept showing “battery not detected”. I charged the battery for 8 hours as I was told to do and kept saying that. Every time the charger chord was pulled out, the laptop just died. It turned off. I called customer service and they sent me a new battery. Once I got the battery, I could already tell that it probably wasn’t the right battery for the laptop but I plugged it in anyway and hoped for the best. Here comes the next problem. The battery wouldn’t charge. It was at 47% when I got it, I charged it for 5 hours and it stayed at 47%. At this point I was done, so I went to Best Buy and I returned it. Should of known better.

    I purchased this knowing that it would be a gamble and it turned out to be a bad buy that only took 3 days to return. The side of the computer looked as if a dog chewed it and the time it took to even get to use a program or internet was literally 15 minutes, fell for this 4 times and that was it back to the store, the only good news was the ease of the return, overall F!

    I bought this computer and it didn’t want to charge so I take it back to the store and we did the return and order the same computer back after I waited for a couple days I received the second one and this one is way worse the keyboard do not even work! What a waste of my time!
