I am soo happy with my purchase. Laptop is in great condition. The delivery process was very smooth and came early then promised. Speed is good screen quality is nice too.

I bought this for both work and playing games, and it's wonderful. I don't play a ton of different video games, but the one that is probably the most "demanding" in terms of specs is Skyrim, and it runs it just fine. Every other game I have also runs great on it. I've had it for almost a year now and it's still a great laptop.

My customer likes the laptop. It runs fast and being that it was a refurbished laptop it has had zero issues. Price was the decision maker on this purchase.

It’s inexpensive, but the battery life is so low that it is impractical. I cant really recommend this laptop unless it’s serving as a mobile desktop, always plugged in

Purchased laptop but received it damaged. In addition, the keyboard backlight not working.

My dayghter purchased this laptop with the intent to use if for the next 4 years of college. The CPU is not compatable with windows 11 and windows 10 is inly suppoeted untill 2025. A waste of 500$. Will be returning it tomorrow.
