I love the speed, but the battery drains when not in use even in sleep mode. My other HP doesn't do that. It wants to install updates every day sometimes more than once. I was going to return it, but I dropped it and broke the screen.

This product is absolutely amazing! I love everything about it, the speed is amazing, the look is tech elite, it's my favorite product yet!!!

Although my laptop arrived on time, there is an issue I must address. The laptop is refurbished, so I knew that I would run into some type of issue. There is a program downloaded on my desktop by the previous owner that I cannot delete, I cannot find where the program file is located, and I do not have permission to access/open this program. I've tried everything, the program is called Sophos.

Laptop is OK, fan is loud. If it's fully charged, powered down and off, you go to turn it back on and it's dead, everytime. Refurbished? Cmon?

No warranty after 14 days for open box items. Iverall OK as little older model. I learned after 3 weeks that micro sd card does not work. Contacted BB store and was told manufacturer warranty is already expired. BB does not provide any support to open box items. Overall product is good with reasonable battery life. Few scratches here and there. HD display . Paint off from couple places. Dont buy open box if you cant check everything within 14 dys.

I bought this laptop back in March 2024. I got it shipped and it was just fine That was until I tried to start the laptop and discovered it had a virus and an obsolete operating system and no way to install one. It also was damaged and had issues elsewhere. They made me call 20+ times just to be told I had to go into a location. When getting to a location being told it would be handled from home and sent home. Keep in mind I have no transportation and 1 way by Uber/Lyft was 35.00. This happened at least 5 times and I had no money to go back to the location. I begged a friend to borrow some money and went the finale time to be told I had to pick one that they had in stock and swap out the laptop of my dreams that I had held out for until it went on sale for me to afford it. The laptop they gave me was so horrible but didn’t want to deal with the drama anymore. It stopped working and started to fall apart with hardly any use. They offered no help or a price change and I feel like I got completely screwed for 300 (Laptop) + 340 (Ubers/Lyfts) + 20.00/30.00 (GeekSquad Support and insurance) and the tears I cried through this entire nightmare of a process are endless. I’m so upset and will never ever buy through BestBuy ever again. They treat there customers like garbage.
